I’ve been with this bank for about 10 years. The customer service USED to be great. HOWEVER, I am now looking into closing my account and going with another bank. I have been charged a $34 fee FOUR times. I understand once scheduling too many payments to be withdrawn but it was charged 4 times!!! I was told to call customer service which I did and after being on hold for 45 mins. I finally spoke to someone who said “I understand your frustration” but said she couldn’t do anything to help me and that I need to contact the merchant.... what customer service agent can’t help you when it’s “their” charge and “their” mistake? After 45 mins. I received no help and a BIG waste of time!!!! I will be closing my account. They can tell that I haven’t had this fee before and still weren’t nice or willing to help me out! IF YOU’RE LOOKING TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST DON’T! So sad....

This is the worst bank I have EVR did business with! I wouldn't recommend this bank to ANYONE!
Lately the personnel is very unafficient they don't have a very good attitude or want to work,but the American women is very patient and loves to help
