I haven’t been a fan of this location BUT the new manager is so friendly and helpful. I had a notary appointment that was easily scheduled online. I called the branch because I was really early but I was told to come in and I was helped right away. She made my day easier when I really needed it!

Called asking about notary services on 11/8/2020 2:30pm the person on the phone seemed like in a rush to get me off. I was asking about how to go about an appointment or if they accepted walk ins because of the whole covid situation. She said to go online under wellsfargo appointments. I mentioned there is no notary option she said just to fill out checking and comment notary appointment.nnI called up the colony wells branch 5 mi down the road super nice on the phone with hello hi how can I help etc plus they were said we love to see you in person just walk-in and polite stated that they do have a mask wear policynI definitely will be going to the colony one as this little elm branch needs to have everyone reevaluate on customer service trained by the colony staff.

Bad service if you want to open an account. They rush everything through, we went and they forgot to mention an online account. At home now going through phone calls to access money put on my new account. I would not recommend the tellers in this location.

I normally never write negative reviews, but I just had to write this one. Every single wellsfargo store I have been into, the customer service has been extremely helpful- until I came to this one. I had completely lost my wallet, my ID, debit cards, credit cards, everything. I went in on my way home from work to see if I could do anything to get a card ordered because I had no way of using my own money. I walked in and the manager was actually the one that helped me. She said she could not do anything to help, and that I had to wait until I got a new ID to get any of my cards, which could take up to 6 months. (Which made sense, I understand the security purposes behind not giving me anything without an ID). But the fact that she failed to inform me I could order new cards through the app OR even call wells Fargo customer service to get one ordered is what made me furious. I had gone a week without money already, and I found out I could order my new cards through a friend of mine. Ridiculous! You would think as a manager she would know that information, or think it would be helpful to pass it along. She made it seem as if I had no other option but to wait until my ID came in the mail. If you want actual customer service, consider going to a different Wells Fargo store.
