Taxes are like speaking a foreign language to me. I am a busy working nurse and a full-time graduate student. Katie goes ABOVE and beyond to make doing my taxes quick and painless. I started working with Solutions in 2012. I own a business in Oklahoma that sells products in different distribution channels nationwide and a small amount internationally. I was looking for a firm with expertise that mirrored my needs when surprisingly I saw a large sign in a Frisco Mall. It listed all of the services that Solutions offers and the list matched many of the needs I had identified. I took a brochure and started doing my homework. I went through their website and read it in detail. It brought up a few questions so I submitted them in an online form. I was impressed when I received a call the next morning from Kimberly promising to research my question and get back with me. She did just want she promised and the information was helpful to my business. I set an appointment to meet with Andrew and Kimberly. I explained my special business challenges and what I wanted and what I did not want. They were good listeners and knowledgeable with their answers. What they did not know they told me they wanted to research more before they got back with me. They did so in a timely manner. In addition, after better understanding my business they sent me a complete estimate of what their fees would be. I love the transparency of how they work - no surprises at bill time. Another challenge I had at the time was I was going through an audit when I moved my business to Solutions. I prepared my documents, hired them for an audit review and went into the audit very prepared. I did not need to hire them to accompany me but I knew they were available if I needed to call them or delay the audit. When I explained to the auditor that I had everything reviewed before the audit and it was all in order - the audit went smoothly, quickly and was closed with no changes - all in a timely manner. Solutions gave me the confidence and knowledge to go through a much less stressful audit than I had in the past. It was all about being prepared and I was. I have hired them for business consulting and tax consulting. They are ever helpful and enjoyable to work with. I have been more than delighted and have referred Solutions Tax and bookkeeping to many friends and business owners. I highly recommend them and will continue to use their services.
