When we drive up the sign was broken. Every time we begun to order the cashier rushed us. She was snappy and had an attitude. No welcome to DQ or anything. $60 later our food was stuffed into 2 bags. 4 burgers and fries in one was smashed. The cook can to get bread and grabbed it with his hand NO GLOVE. Our ice cream sandwiches was meltedud83dude1e. I couldn’t turn this blizzard upside down

So I went here to get a blizzard. Went through the drive thru and when I got up the the window the girl was rude and when she handed me the blizzard, you how they turn it upside down first, some of it came out. I told her. She says that's how they always were. Whatever. I took the blizzard left started eating it it was melted pretty bad. Had to be the worst blizzard I've ever gotten. Will not be going back to this location. Not the first time they've messed up my orders.

Old and run down. Seems like they open and close whenever they choose. No one wears uniforms therefore can’t tell who works there. Menu board is never lit, no parking lot lights. I pulled up at 8:45pm last week lights inside were on. I was at the menu board, a young man got out of his car that was in the lot, walked inside and turned off all the lights inside.

My husband n myself went to Dairy Queen in seagoville tx off belt line rdnWe ordered 3 chicken strip baskets 6 strips for all 3 and ordered 2 cheese burger mealsnWe ordered as soon as we pulled up to window our food was already readynStrange.nWe get home the burgers are coldnThe chicken strip baskets did not have any toast in themnThis was not the first time this was the third time this happenednWe got there at 530pmnWe will not go back to this place ever again everything was nasty not good at allnDO NOT GO TO DAIRY QUEEN OFF BELTLINE RD IN SEAGOVILLE TXnITS HORRIBLE

This place is terrible! They are always out of ice cream or something has broke. The last 4 times we’ve came here they are out of something or something isn’t working. How does a place stay in business when they don’t have product to serve or they are incapable of it. The owner ( who probably doesn’t care) needs to shut this place down and remodel or regroup. This location is an embarrassment to the company name.
