I enjoy coming to this Sonic. I believe it's the manager lady that works there she is always nice and make sure that you get your food very quickly and it's always fresh. And she is always so sweet.

Poor customer service. Took over 5 minutes for them to answer at the drive thru. I repeatedly asked “hello.” About a minute after I stopped (looking for the reviews) they finally came on “sorry about the wait.” I would have appreciated it if after my first or second “hello” would have been answered with something along the lines of ‘one moment please and we will be right with you;’ some kind of acknowledgment. You don’t flat out ignore customers for several minutes and when it is beginning to rain so have rain coming through my window for an excess amount of time. That is completely ridiculous.nnI will add at the window, young girl was nice and confirmed info with my order & food fresh and hot. That’s all good.

Oops. I reviewed the wrong Sonic Drive In. My apologies. I went here the other day and I had no major issues. I ordered inside, wearing a mask, and my food came out rather quickly. This location is attached to a convenience store.nnFood was good. I was traveling, so I don't know if I would be back. However, if I was in the area, I would come here again.

Not good at all my order was not right had to change my shake to a different flavor cause they run out cheese cake the mobile app say they had when I pull up they didn't have it. They people there were great except I didn't get what I order right.
