This place needs some overhauling. The young lady at the window in the water department has no customer service skills. She need some training..very unprofessional and it makes the whole company look bad..the whole city..i cant wait until my lease is up to get the hell out of this strange dysfunctional land.
Just as everyone is stating in the reviews. The water rates are extremely high, as well the service fee to pay online or through phone. And don’t get me started with the customer service. Maria is extremely rude and impolite, when trying to take care of simple things. Her tone is almost as she just wants to start an argument and condescending. Worst part is she’s been working there for years.
Online payment with a credit card results in a 5% convenience fee!
Terrible customer service, very disappointed and dissatisfied with their service.
They DO NOT EVER answer their phone. Need to call them, your outta luck!nJust now found out that if you call their number, quickly press extension 100, 102 or 105 before it hangs up on you.
