My name is JD, I do run this office. I wanted to take a minute to clarify a bit Mr. Squidbilly. I value every client we work with and do my best to accommodate every request. Mr. Stephen Martin, you were with our agency for quite a while. I personally worked with you directly. You had a few different policies. You were set up on a 30 day policy, month to month. You moved to a new town that you said was closer, not a problem. The proof of priors you requested required that they be generated one at a time. 24 months of month to month coverage means 24 cards: printed, scanned and emailed, these are the same papers you were given on a monthly basis. You are correct it did take some time, you and your new agent called and expected all of this to happen immediately and the request occurred when I couldn’t drop my work day and deliver these in a few minutes. This took about three hours to complete request, all the while taking care of my clients, calls, daily activities and such. You had some months that had gaps in coverage which nullify proof of prior discount. Up to the day you called to switch we had always done good business, I enjoyed talking with you. We often talked motorcycles, you even offered to give me lessons when I talked about buying a bike. No, I couldn’t jump at your command, but the requested paperwork was sent to you directly and to your new agent the same day. I never refused. I do my best to maintain great customer service with everyone I work with, this is no different. I did not appreciate your interpretation of how you felt I was doing something or not doing something to slow down the process. I was surprised tremendously with the way your calls came in, with the demands and accusing me of this stuff is not at all a representation of this business we have done the prior years of your coverage.
