Not your regular junk car service. Office staff was super nice, driver was very helpful, knew what he was doing, arrived in a timely manner on the same day I called in. Highly recommended.

I originally asked for the tow truck driver to meet me at 4:15pm but called to for them to come earlier at 2:45pm and they said they could and I told them that its not my residence and I wasn't going to be there for long and I waited until 3:30 to call and ask where was the driver and they said they messed up and didn't hear me right and said it was miscommunication and so I waited until the original 4:15 time and still no call from the tow truck. And Entire hour and 30 min from when I arrived at the pickup location. No call. I do not have time for this so I left. It is now 5:15 and the man finally calls me. Sorry sir, but I won't be doing business with a company that isn't punctual and doesn't value my time as a customer. There is no excuse for this. Calls me a total of 2 and a Half hours late!!!

Had a couple cars needed picked up and they were super fast. I run a mechanic shop so I'll be using them more.

They Have Unlicensed Truck Drivers And Need To Be Shut Down Immediately!!!!
