Do not recommend this place. There was roaches everywhere and mold on the walls. Staff was rude and very unprofessional. This place should shut down not a good place for anyone.

I absolutely did not recommend this facility. It was overcrowded and the children were extremely loud with no structure or leadership. I didn’t get a chance to officially meet any of the instructors that my children would engage with throughout the day. On numerous occasions I would pick up my baby and he would be soaked with urine to the point where his clothes were wet and the pull up was beady and sagging. When I would ask why my baby was soaked I was told by they “teacher” that she is not the teacher she is just standing in while the teacher was out. I spoke to staff and the director who would promise to meet with me to discuss the issue but she was never available considering “her lunch break is 4 hours” according to staff.

I wouldn't tell anyone to take their kids here. There is new teacher every week. I've walked in at several times and the kids are just sitting not learning nor playing. The kids would go home looking as if their snot been on them all day. Extra clothes would always come up missing. The teachers don't know the kids names half the time. They are very disrespectful to the children. I walked in several times and heard them yelling and grabbing at the children. They are constantly on their phones. They don't know whose coming in and out the building. They let the older children run over them. My children only liked one staff member there Mrs. Morissa, she is very professional and cared for the children.

My children have attended First Step Learning center for over 5 years. The staff is always nice and professional. The center is always clean and they also serve the children dinner. Great place for your children to learn and grow educationally and socially.

My children have been attending First Steps for about 4 months now and I must say I’m really impressed!! The staff is amazing and always friendly and the facility is very clean. If you are looking for a great daycare for children look no further!!!
