First time coming to a Henderson chicken... very bad experience. Was driving past and it looked good and was kind of packed. I get there and immediately one of the employees is being extremely rude taking my order. I get to the window and the lady is still being rude even in her tone. I brushed it off though because I understand people are tired and have bad days. I was excited to try the “chicken” only to realize it’s EXTREMELY GREASY. Almost like it was sitting in the oil before it was hot or it was old and they put it in the fryer again. There was also extra seasoning thrown on top of the chicken?? Just made it really salty. The fries were limp and greasy as well. I came to write a review because it was so bad and seen there are SEVERAL one star reviews smh. Please do better in 2021. 0/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend!!

Wintergreen and Hampton location. Drive thru staff all courteous jolly attitudes.Manners excellent chicken and personnel. Never screw up an order repeat what u ordered back to you no room for error ud83dude01

Depends on who is working the window. Sometimes they are pleasant. The food is always good though!

First time at Henderson’s had to wait in line for about 10 minutes. I repeated my order to the rude lady like 3 times or more! Once I get to the window she still had my order incorrect. After she got the right order she screamed she’s going to add another 3 piece. Like no no ma’am i had added that same basket when I was at the speaker. Then she said I had to wait 7 minutes or so to get my order! I will never go back here! This is why Rudy’s chicken will always be the best! You guy have rude people working here!
