I ordered online. When selecting where to pay the only option was to pay online. I don't know if this temporary but it was no big deal. The young ladies working we're so sweet and helpful.
I shouldn't love this place... but I do!!
Food was hot and good. It got a little chaotic when I went in to pick up my food but it's all good. Overall, it was a pretty decent visit.
I love the wings here but I wish you could order online and pay on the restaurant because everything you call to order thru the phone they don't answer and by Time you drive here you still have waited 30 more minutes for actual food
This place is absolutely a mess! I don't recommend anyone ordering anything here. The lady in the front is very rude and hostile. No one wants to be treated with attitude and such disrespect. I drove here and was told I couldn't pick up order because I didn't have the card my mother who is elderly paid with. I had my confirmation code, and i.d. she stated you had to have the card also. That clearly makes no sense and have no problems out in Frisco where I live. I won't be back to this location at all. The staff need training on costumer service as well basic training on manners and showing empathy and respect. First and last time visiting this place, I was visiting family out there. Also, will be reporting this place, so others won't be treated the same manner.
