This is the slowest Pollo Regio I’ve ever been to. I don’t know if they are under staffed or have no since of urgency. I know they make much of their menu fresh, but I’ve been waiting on a pretty basic order for twenty minutes. It doesn’t take that long to drop chicken strips and fries in the fryer. I watched two cars drive away and would have done the same had I not already paid. Awful.
This was my first time trying pollo regio and I had such a great experience the food was amazing and full of flavor the costumer service was exactly what I expected treated nice and with care they even promoted their specials I am honestly amazed.
We used to come here on occasion and their chicken was the best. We've not tasted any other chicken like the one's they serve here. Their chips and salsa are delicious.
Have to edit my review after tonight's visit, although I love their food, me nor my family will visit this location again. Spent $52.00 on dinner and they want to charge me for a couple more of the green sauces. The cups of beans barely had beans in them. Thank you, but no thank you.
