The service writers are a little weird but I've never had a bad experience. Now a few folks have said something. I will advise you to note everything before turning in your truck.
If you’re nice to the people, they’re nice to you. If you go in there all rah rah rah grumble grumble grumble, they’re going to look at you like the oaf that you are and take their sweet time. I’ve seen it first hand. If some of these people would learn to smile when they walk in, even a painfully fake smile gets you farther than resting b¡t¢h face.
