I dropped off an envelope with them and when I got home I realized that I shipped the wrong thing. I rushed to the office 20 minutes after closing. It was a really important letter and I was hoping I could catch someone to help me out.nnGary sow me through the door and I waved him over. I quickly explained what I had done and he immediately offered to help me out. He went to the back to look for the envelope I just attempted to mail. Minutes later Vicky appeared and asked if anyone had helped me out. I told her Gary has helped but he was looking for the envelope. Vicky immediately assisted and found the envelope. She told me to swap out the letters and seal it back up.nnI’m really appreciative that they were able to assist me and help me with the swap! They went above and beyond despite them being closed!nnThanks a million!
I should have read the review before going to this location on Saturday April 3, 2021. I didn’t get the lady name, but she was the only working at the front that day. She needs TRAINING. I would say she needs to be fired but I don’t want no one losing their job. She is horrible, rude and don’t know what she’s doing. This is not who you want representing the company. Everyone reading this, take your business to Cedar Hill. I’ve gotten better service there.
Why does this place always open at least 5 minutes later than it says they open?nAlso, what's up with the friendly staff? Just kidding, the staff isn't friendly...
It doesn't take much to keep the express mail envelopes stocked next to the self-serve kiosk however for some reason they never have any at this post office. Makes me wonder the point of the self-serve kiosk if I still have to wait until they're open to use it.
The mail carriers are misplacing peoples mail. Or not delivering. Important mail is some how being not delivered or unable to be found. When you call the managers are rude and says maybe you did not have mail today don't trust the USPS informed its not accurate.
