The two lady's was very helpful ENJOYED THE STORE AND THE STAFF WONDERFUL JOB TO THE TWO LADY'S THE STOCKED THE STORE AND THE LADY AT CHECK OUT

Arrived at the store approximately 9:40pm... I sat in my car for about 3 minutes (9:43pm)... I proceed to get out my car and go in the store and the doors are locked... Two employees were standing near door and heard me at door but did not turn around. The hours of operation clearly says 8am to 10pm, 9:43pm is NOT 10pm... This has happened on several occasions! Not to mention, 3 other cars (customers) came as well and could not shop. That's money lost for your store! If you lock your doors early, then the hours of operation should be changed! I've went to other family dollar stores in Lancaster and they definitely honor their hours of operation! Also ordering for this store is horrible! They NEVER have everything I need or normally get from this company! I usually have to end up going to a different one. The lines are normally long at this location because there's normally one person at the register while the others are usually in the back ok their phones or not of any assistance on the floor! As an overall company, THIS store needs a retraining of customer satisfaction, customer support, and policies and procedures!
