They have great customer service, and always able to assist with any questions that I may encounter. However, a larger discount should be applied to my account due to the fact I’m not traveling to work, 66 years old, no accidents, and multi car discount with homeowners insurance. I’m a valuable customer.

Mr. Chapman is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever came into contact with. When we first signed up at the office, he didn't have the decency or professionalism to greet us or welcolm us . He just sit at his desk and looked at us like we had a plaque. Later on we had an issue that resulted in us receiving a cancellation notice because of something that was or was not done in his office. This needed to be addressed. We called the office and he answered, he had no idea on how to resolve the issue, which I thought was bizarre by him owning the agency, but we were told that he will have someone call us back the next day. A week went by and no call. I called back and spoke with the person that handles that situation and he was not aware of the issue and was never told by Chapman. We were ready to drop him as our agent but couldn't because Allstate has some sort of policy that you have to stay with the agent who wrote the policy. The nly way to drop him is to drop Allstate for at least 6 months. Needless to say, we are shopping for a different company.

Allstate insurance is professional and courteous, seemingly having your best interest at heart , family atmosphere and kind . I recommend giving them a call for all your insurance needs!

Any time I had problems from accidents to hail damage to my vehicle or home Allstate, Mr. Chapman and his team has been there to assist me. Jerry has followed up with me to ensure I was taken care of and my problems resolved. His staff has been amazing by offering discounts, and expediting any request I needed to show proof of insurance or making changes to my plan.nnI have been with Allstate over 15 years any calls, emails or mail I receive from other insurance companies get tossed in the trash as I already know they cant match what I pay and the service I receive from Jerry Chapman. My experience has been exceptional and I have faith this will continue going foward.
