We had been with this company for years! When it was a different agent it was better. This agent was the PITS! We moved to Oklahoma City, I contacted state farm agent here we went in for a appointment to start my insurance with state farm in Oklahoma City, they called Cedric Jones State farm insurance office in Desoto, TX. He said I had no coverage & no history of coverage!! BE CAREFUL WITH THIS AGENT! CHECK AND MAKE VERY SURE ALL I'S HAVE A DOT AND ALL T'S ARE CROSSED, IF NOT IT COULD BE VERY BAD!

I was a customer of this agent since 2007. Covering my home insurance and vehicles. All this time my account is set up on automatic draft. Up until September 2013 my experience with him was good. I dropped two vehicles off of my policy in 2013. Unfortunately, it was never taken care of. I contacted the office twice and was told it was taken care of. Finally, in February 2014 they were droppped and I was refunded approx. $20. I contacted the office in March and made a payment over the phone because I discontinued my automatic draft. They continued to draft my account. In April, I called to cancel my automatic draft again. I was told to call the office to make the payment. I called in May and made a payment. Now all of a sudden my automatic draft is turned back on and they are drafting amounts that I did not agree on. In May 2014, I moved and need my address updated and renter's policy transferred to my new address. I notified Jewel, the admin. asst., of the change. The change to my address was never made. Which Cedric informed me that they would divide the payment byt 3 and to expect my payment to be $730. I never received the letter and my account was drafted for close to $1800. I spoke with him on 7/11/14 and he said he would call me by the end of the day on 07/14/14. No call. I called and left a voice message 7/22/14. No call. I had to call the office today to get an answer. My only regret is giving Mr. Jones the benefit of the doubt to take care of me as a customer. He informed me that State Farm said I should have checked my account online. As long as I have been a customer, I have never accessed my account online. Mr. Jones is too busy to take care of his customer load. He is the only one in the office authorized to update and handle your account. I don't have time to babysit a State Farm agent. Like a good neighbor, Mr. Jones is not there.
