This is one of the smaller, more local Home Depot stores. That is both good and bad. The good is that the employees generally have a better idea of the store's inventory and layout. The bad is that the store itself sometimes has less variety / inventory than the larger stores, which means more time lost on projects where an item has to be shipped in.

I love Home Depot and because of work I shop at one them almost daily. This store aside from a rude employee several years ago has been like the others I visit. Employees say hi and ask if you need help. Not today no employee spoke or offered help. Finally gave up and went to checkout hoping she would get someone but when I said I couldn’t get anybody to help get an item off one of the shelves. She replied “ok” and rang up my one item and gave me a total. Hopefully it’s just an isolated incident and won’t be the norm.

You can always find what you need at Home Depot and the employees are always willing to help you out.
