I came here Tuesday around 12pm for some box braids. I showed them a picture of how I wanted it, it wasn’t too small. The lady did the front of my hair which I liked but come to the back it’s different sizes and my parts look like I should of let my lil sister play in my hair. The back of my head was rush on and I don’t like it at all. Never again will I come back here.
I’ve been coming for One year now to Jocelyne’s to get my hair box braided and I love the results every time. The service here is amazing I am always being asked if I am comfortable and if I am happy with the services being provided throughout the work being done which is really appreciated considering the fact that I will be the one wearing the hair style. I have even gotten my two sisters to come as well to get there hair braided. It is very affordable as well considering the fact that there is three of us getting our hair done. I have yet to have any problems with the service and I presume to receive the same service every time! I would recommend Jocelyne’s African Hair Braiding to many more. This is the best and I couldn’t see my self going anywhere else.
They did a great job on my daughter's hair but tried to charge me more then the original agreed fee
Came here for the first time because of the reviews purchase my hair the day before appointment was for Sunday at 8:30 when I got here she took the pack the hair opened it said that she couldn’t use it sent me back to the store to purchase another hundred dollars worth of hair and I am very unsatisfied with my hair she rushed through my hair and this looks a mess I will never come here again if I could give a zero I would give us zero. My hair looks like a big bush I am so upset .
Safety Precautions taken to ensure guests/clients felt comfortable in the space for hours. The stylists worked together to get my hair done in a timely manner.
