As a homeless guy this store has all that I need to have. It feel like home comfort. Friendly customer service.
I appreciate the store for convenience, but the overall appearance is in bad shape, to say it's only been opened a few years. The outside trash cans are always running over, I think the company should just so away with them. And the lack of employees, is taking a toll on the staff that is showing up to work, lately the appearance on the inside matches the appearance on the outside. I would be so disappointed if this location was closed permanently, but not surprised.
Walked in. Got spoke too by the gentlemen in the front. I asked a Older African American Associate (No name tag) if I could get some balloons blown up & she states that they don’t do it. When theirs clearly a whole HELIUM machine. Waited in line and got the balloons from the young man at the register. I mean if she don’t like her job, she clearly needs to change her attitude. It’s not that serious.
Filthy is the best word to describe this place.
Now I will visit this Family Dollar more often. I went to one today on Pleasant Run and I 35 and I would have thought this company train their staff to NOT SPEAK. I will not visit that one again either. I appreciate the two ladies working and speaking and acknowledge their customers
