Waiting to get assistance was not cool. It's like they think everybody is trying to steal their products. I don't like to shop like that. It seems like they don't value their customers spending their hard earned money in their business. There is definitely room for improvement at this business. Very disappointed with my overall experience.
Don't appreciate the fact that you're unable to get a size up in shoes even with everything still in the packaging. Prices are ok, just don't like the fact that all sales are final on shoes.
Very good customer service. They always have the products that I need.
Pleasant environment. Employees were accommodating when I needed to see products behind counter and were quick to answer my questions. They open earlier on Sundays than the other beauty supply stores in area. Excellent prices!
