Very good customer service..nEven though they were busy helping customers...I even seen some team work during my visit..look like some nice sales also, so I'm hoping to go back for something ud83eudd2bud83eudd2dud83dude01ud83dude01ud83dude01...thanks for being very supportive to. sharing another location that was very much a pleasant visit.they to on the next day have good customer service and communication with each other on how to help get the job done and to keep a smile on your face at the same time...so I believe I should go backud83dude07..ijs.....
They are scamming people here everything is over priced and the assistant manager is rude and the manager can't handle his employees. Trashy customer service.
Once, I walked inside it smelled like weed.. Its took 30mins for a person too come an check to see if the shoe, I requested was there...
Really bad customer service and this is the second time the have placed the wrong shoe size in the box. Then when you go back to exchange now they don't have the size you need.Then they get upset that your upset when its there mistake in the first place. I will not shop hear again.
5 employees in the store! I walked in and not one asked if I needed assistance. Walked around and still no one asked if they could help! Piss poor customer service.
