To be honest, I have a hard time leaving my son anywhere because I'm extremely paranoid. I love this place and the staff.
The staff at Adventure Kids Playcare is wonderful. He’s been to two of their facilities (Dallas and McKinney). I’m very pleased with their services and how they care for my son. At first he was kind of reserved and not wanting me to leave him as he needed to get adjusted to the new environment. Shortly thereafter, he would run in. Sometimes so excited that I wouldn’t get a hug ud83dude14; however, that is a testament to the care and attention he receives. It gives me ease and peace of mind knowing that he’s in good hands. Thank you all for what you do!
We have utilized Adventure Kids’ services for almost 9 years. Some of the staff truly felt like family. Over the past year, the quality of care and and staff have greatly declined. The last few times have been without incidences.nOne time another child was allowed to eat my child’s Sonic lunch leaving my child without lunch. They didn’t call or even inform me at pick up.nToday I picked up my kids and they didn’t check any identification. I asked to use their restroom (which I’ve done before) and they said no, they don’t allow parents back. This makes me question why parents aren’t able to see the facility which we leave and entrust our children at.nI’m sad that this may be our last time to utilize their services. I truly believe the only qualified caregiver there is Alex.
I brought my daughter here today for the first time and she had a BLAST! Check in was seamless and all the staff were SO friendly and kind. We purchased lunch for her which was such a nice feature. I loved being able to get some errands done knowing she was having so much fun! We’re excited to come back and play again :-)
Overall good experience, my kids enjoyed their time here and have even asked to go back since. My only real complaint is that when you walk in there is a sign on the desk saying they will give you a discount for a positive review. This is extremely unethical. Positive reviews should be earned, not bought. Especially when it comes to the safety of our children. When I walked in and saw that it gave me an extremely uneasy feeling like none of the positive reviews I'd read were even accurate and only written to receive a discount so I had no idea what to expect anymore.
