Locally owned. Super nice staff. Dessert is great! Their crispy chicken sandwhich was delicious! Asked for it to be spicy they don't have spicy one so they made one for me by adding Buffalo sauce! It was great! The sandwhich was juicy and crispy! Very at home style and down to earth. Will return!

This place has great homestyle cooking in a really comfortable small town setting. Everyone that works here are the friendliest folks you'll ever meet. I will drive out of my way just to pass through Gustine so I can get some jerky across the street, then eat a great meal at City Cafe. Highly recommend this spot.
