I go through the drive thru at this location on a regular basis. It has always been excellent experience. I continue to go there just for this reason. Great job!

Went to drive through. Was a good experience. The girl at the window was very pleasant and food was hot and fresh.
Something has to give, I try to be understanding being that I work in retail/fast-food. However this location needs a face lift. Either the order is wrong, the wait is ridiculous or their short staffed. I placed an pick up order today through dine in. Only to be turned away because there only doing drive through? What about the people who live walking distance and don't drive? Or someone on their lunch break?
The “manager” Marisa at this location is extremely rude and unprofessional. She had to take 3 separate orders for an order that she messed up on the FIRST time. Her rude unprofessional behind did not even apologize for any of her errors. When I brought it to her attention she had a nasty nonchalant attitude. I had to come back around to get my receipts and ask for someone above her. I will be taking this further. Never have I’ve ever dealt with someone so rude in my life. Next time I’ll take my business to chic fil A. The bar is set real low at Wendy’s what did I expect regarding customer service. She doesn’t need to be a manger she needs to be fired or trained she’s terrible.
