I advise you to put up more curbside signs if you have a hard time figuring out where to deliver an order when the customer is parked right next to the sign. I checked in when I arrived and indicated what type of car I was driving. I was also the only car in the area picking up food. You've had a year to perfect something that is so simple yet such a necessity in the midst of a pandemic. Put numbers on the signs so customers can check in under their specific spots if it's so hard to find one single car in an empty curbside area. What you don't do is make customers wait for food that is getting cold and then have the employee complain to said customer because they're not parked one spot over.

Came in yesterday and this cashier named Kaylee, if not kaylee her name was Kayla or Kailee. She was so sweet and I didn’t have my reading glasses with me, she was kind enough to help me read some things I couldn’t read on the menu. She was very patient and understanding. I ordered a family bundle for me and my family. It came with a ton of chicken for a cheap price. now I know why it was so cheap. the chicken was undercooked, very raw, and borderline still alive. I was thoroughly disgusted and took it upon myself to call the store manager's personal phone and repeatedly cuss him out, rightfully so.

Love the food here. Ordered online but it wasn't ready at the requested time and they forgot the churros my coworker had ordered. They will make it right next time, just annoying when you're missing an item from your order.
