STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! If you go to this location you will wait 30-45 minutes for anything you get. Management doesn't seem to care at all and the general manager never seems to be in. You might also want to advise your employees to not talk about having RAT PROBLEMS while the drive through window is still open. I AM ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED!

They normally have great service and food but if you order online takes forever. Their food is a reasonable price and taste good. They apologized for the wait and are very kind.

We waited an hour for our food and when we pushed the button to see what was going on, they'd changed shifts. The new shifts didn't even see a receipt to show our order. But they were really nice and got it right out to us and they didn't charge us. Us,there was a little extra bonus. That's why I gave it a 2. But I will be revisiting the location and reporting the results from that visit.

This store is really bad. Ordered ahead in the mobile app and got there 5 minutes AFTER food was supposed to be ready. Food wasn’t out after waiting 5 minutes in the lot. Hit the red button to ask where the food was and no one answered for another 5 minutes. Went up and banged on the door 3 times to get someone’s attention and everyone in the store just ignored me. Left and called Sonic corporate for a refund. This store needs to be closed immediately, associates trained in actually caring about customers, and only then be reopened. This is a stain on the Sonic brand.

I’ve now sat here for over 20 min for my drinks. I’ve pressed the red button 5 times and no one will respond. I understand that places get busy but to not have the respect to answer is unacceptable.
