Tom is an excellent source when it comes to cruise planning! He has helped us plan several cruises now and we have found that his knowledge and customer service are second to none. He works hard on the details so we just enjoy the vacation. He does not just sell us something. Instead, he is good about finding out what we are interested in and customizing trips for us, and he has been great at it. He takes the time to explain things and answer questions, no matter how many we have. We know several people that us Tom, but each time he treats us like we are his only customer.
Do not under any circumstances consider using this group for your travel plans. I used them to plan and book my first cruise and they provided absolutely no service - in fact, they provided a disservice. I was not provided with suite selection options. My flights were arranged with a 5 1/2 hour layover and unnecessary connections during a 15 hour flight. They provided no information on excursions. They neglected to tell me I needed to make spa and dining reservations in advance. I would have been much better off had I booked the cruise directly with the cruise line.
