Disclaimer: my wife went to school with one of the ladies who run this business. That's them, this is me. I suppose over the years we've been to Griffin's a dozen times and every time we are met with helpfulness and decent pricing. They're a small business and even with masks on, they were extremely helpful before even recognizing my wife. So it's not just about friends helping friends. They genuinely do like being helpful and friendly. and don't forget about their reasonable pricing.
They did an amazing job resizing my wife's platinum engagement ring that she has not been able to wear in over 6 years. It was finished quickly and looks shinier than when it was new.
I have been using these guys for many years to repair or clean my jewelry and I trust them explicitly. I also purchased a beautiful watch from them for my sons graduation. Great family owned business.
Amazing people and very helpful
I took my grandmother and great aunts rings in for cleaning and such (I inherited them). Griffins did an amazing job with the rings. They insured all the stones were secure and cleaned it to new. The jeweler is on site and spoke with me about the rings. And the work (sizing) was done in just a few days.
