Employees are not well trained you annoy trust any info they give you we were given incorrect information that cost us over $900 and all we got was, “we are so sorry. Have a nice day”. I’d steer clear of this particularly agency. And should you ever want to speak to Scott Sandlin personally ... good luck. You have to go through at least 3 people and still cannot speak to him
