CLUB4 Fitness

The staff is nice. Although not one single staff member was wearing a mask. This gym is similar to a Planet Fitness. They have a few levels of membership. Your basic that allows you access to the gym during their staffed times. And the couple after adding a few more privileges. They offer pretty much the same equipment. They offer the same tanning options and only a hydro massage chair. And the deal breaker for me was... they have a 10 minute a day rule on their chairs whereas PF will allow as much time as you need. The staff member said it was because there was always people waiting to use them. I think there were maybe 3 people in the entire gym when he said this. If your not flexible on something so simple as time in a massage chair well, I guess for my aches, pains and physical therapy Club 4 is not for me. I will drive the extra 10 mins to a PF.

Excellent service and a large variety of equipment. Trainers are professional and knowledgeable in services provided.

My boyfriend and I were in town for 2 months during our college break. We were looking for an affordable gym considering we are college students and the fact that we would not be in town for more than 2 months. We visited several gyms and my boyfriend eventually decided on Club4 after speaking with Amanda (known as Mandy). Mandy had told us that they were doing a $2 enrollment that would be applied to the first month and then the following month he was there would be $25. We thought this was a great deal considering he would only be there for 2 months which he made very clear to her. We are familiar with the yearly fees that gyms often charge which we explicitly asked her about. She told him that because he would only be there for 2 months that there would be no yearly fee. We thought this was a great deal and my boyfriend signed. One month later we noticed there was a charge for an additional $47. My boyfriend visited the gym and they said it was a yearly maintenance fee that he had to pay. He spoke with the manager and told him that he was told by Mandy he would not be paying any kind of yearly fee which is the main reason he signed to the gym in the first place. The manager told him that because he signed there was nothing he could do despite being mislead by the worker. A different worker even told him that this has happened a couple times before which we believe was due to the workers misleading clients and then forcing them to pay this additional fee. The manager did not take the situation seriously and simply used the fact that he had signed and not the fact that the workers (Mandy) were misleading people. I know that $47 dollars may not seem like a lot to most but it is a lot to young students. The whole time this was taking place Mandy was rolling her eyes and acting extremely rude and unprofessional while also lying repeatedly. The workers must be educated on being transparent and upfront with customers considering this is a new gym. We will not be recommending this gym to anyone and hope that the higher staff will take action to educate the importance of transparency and honesty....

New programs and tech to track better work outs... like I’m shocked how nice this place is. I’d right a page of reasons why you should join... 100000/10 recommend to any/every one. I've only been a member for about 2 weeks now but I've had a great experience so far! The staff is super nice and helpful. The gym is surprisingly huge, all new equipment and very clean, kept up. My boys go to the child center and have so much fun they never want to leave! Definitely would recommend it to anyone.
