Used to be great, went downhill for a while, they're getting better now. Hopefully under new management. Curbside is hit and miss. Fries range between perfectly fresh and from sometime last week. Sodas are flat more often than other places.

I visited this location on 3/13 at 12:02 order #3050. The man who came to the window did not repeat my order back or tell me how much it was but maybe hew was new so I disregarded it. When I got home I noticed I was missing the stuff that come with the salads I bought but mistakes happen Then I noticed the burger in my child's kid meal was not there. So I tried calling the location several times with no answer. At this point my other child is eating and my son is sooo disappointed. So I let my kid eat the fries to hold him over. When I arrived to Wendy's I asked about the stuff for salads and told them what happened. They made the burger and said sorry. But if I order a meal it's because I want to eat the food together. As a former manager of a reputable food chain I would have made the whole meal over and maybe added a cookie or something for the inconvenience of have to travel back there. The ONLY reason I went all the way back is because it was for a child and nobody would answer the phone. I am very disappointed in the way this business handled the situation. Maybe I'll cisit another location or stick to Chick-fil-A or Canes for the quality and level of customer service they provide.

Used to like this location and come here almost daily. Service became slow, but the quality was still good.nThe quality started to decline shortly after. Old fries, funny tasting drinks, no napkins, etc.nThen one day I got an old burger that tasted strange. Opened it up and found *strands of plastic* (curled and melted when exposed to fire). I went to get a replacement and was given a second (old) burger within 15s. This burger tasted strange as well, so I opened it up and found *strands of plastic* again.nI didn't bother taking the second burger back.
