This is an awesome place to eat. I went to this establishment on September 17,2020 and ordered three of the pot pies and a cup of fruit. I was trying to get back to my daughter because she just had a major surgery on Monday and she wanted the pot pie, so when I returned to the hotel we are staying at I checked the bag and the fruit wasn’t in it, so I called Jason’s Deli in Murphy and spoke to the manager (Blake) I explained that I didn’t receive my fruit cup. He apologized and asked if I wanted the fruit cup delivered, I told him I was in Plano at a hotel and he said that it wasn’t a problem that the Jason’s Deli in Plano can deliver it. He gave me the option of having the fruit delivered or my debit card debited. My daughter wanted the fruit. So I said the fruit please, again Blake said no problem it will be delivered. It was delivered under 30 minutes. I must say this was great customer service because he went above and beyond. Thank you Blake for your excellent customer service and your caring nature. My family and I will always go to your establishments. I would give you all ten stars it were possible. Thanks again.

Went through the drive thru, I had 4 cars in front of me. The line went fairly quick, got up to the window. Lilly was very friendly, helpful and had a big smile to brighten up the day!! Club royale, and broccoli cheese were AWESOME!

Great food but small potion indeed... Baked potatoes are supposed to be big with all the ingredients but I was disappointed when I got it.. So small for a kid while I paid almost $30 for 3 large portions for adults... No kidding!

Drove thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches for me and another Octavian of my bridge club. She wanted a chicken salad & fruit cup. Lady laid I would have to pay extra for fruit cup since it came with chips. I said ok. Bil was 20.83. When getting my order I asked to throw in the chips since I paid for them. Lady said no. Asked for mgr & she said it was corporate rules.i got my money back & went to McAllisterters. Never again. I was Going there weekly. No more.

I have ordered from Jason’s deli maybe a handful of times and this location is pretty awesome. The food is good. My kids absolutely love the meatballs and pasta! The beefeater is what I usually order along with the spicy seafood gumbo ( which is actually quite delicious considering it’s being made in a fast food restaurant in the middle of Murphy, Tx.), but the most important quality of this place is that the customer service is top notch! This particular time there were a few items missing in my order after receiving from Uber eats delivery. I called the store and they were extremely friendly and were apologetic for the mess up. The manager, Blake, said that he would deliver the items missing to my home, which I greatly appreciated after paying Uber eats delivery fee plus tip. Shortly after Blake himself arrived to my home with the missing items and I was in complete shock! The manager himself went above and beyond to personally deliver my food. I don’t know about you, but I would call that exceptional customer service! He even threw in some extra goodies for the inconvenience. I’m happy I didn’t have to leave the comfort of my own home and Blake made a customer feel like a celebrity today! Thank you so much and I will be more than happy to order from Jason’s deli again. Keep up the great work !
