Great staff but got order wrong

This sonic was without a doubt one of the best sonics I've ever been to. The food tasted exactly how it looked in the pictures surprisingly. Which I'm sure you understand how rare that is with fast food restaurants. The courier who took my order was professional and repeated after me for the order I gave because I gave a complicated drink order. Everything was absolutely delicious fresh and this was a great Sonic experience considering I've been to several sonics that have delivered completely sub par service and sub par food. Good job guys.

The waitress who brought me my meal was extremely sweet. I ended up tipping her because of her helpfulness. The food was great and fresh. I got the pretzel with cheese and the mozzarella sticks. I even asked them to make me a half unsweetened tea and half lemonade with no ice, and my food came out exactly as I ordered it.

I’ve been here a few times and usually it is GREAT and the service is quick and food is fresh, but tonight I got off work late and had limited options but was excited to see that sonic was open until 12am just to get there and find all the lights off and the entire staff messing around in the kitchen. I called they said they were closed but they were all hanging out in the kitchen and should not have closed for almost an hour... very unprofessional
