Today I sent my son to pick up dinner because i was working late. At the last minute the order changed and he got confused with the order (we ordered 6 meals) the Team graciously remade the order in the middle of dinner rush. And the food was fresh. I appreciate thenkindness and customer service they gave to my family

Placed an order via Grubhub for 2 chicken bowls and they got both of them completely wrong. My bowl choices were taped on the bowl so I know I placed the order properly but when you order dbl chicken and get NO chicken.... they suck.

This place used to be very good, but unfortunately it went south. Today I placed an order for pick up and it was very disappointing. Trusting that my order was correct and to minimize time at the restaurant, I picked it up and took it home. At home I noticed that my kid's order was missing the chips and the chocolate milk, and to make things worse, there was a hair in the cream. Also, I ordered a side of a sauce but it was missing. The burrito that I normally order was very small and not even assembled correctly; cost cutting I guess?. I tried calling the restaurant but nobody picked up. I thought Chipotle would be a good and safe option to pick up food during this pandemic, but I was wrong. I don't plan to order food from this place again.

Good location, great service and their carne asada is always fresh so glad the lettuce shortage is over so I can order my bowls the way I like
