We took a team of 18 high school baseball boys for a team bonding dinner at the Allen, TX location. Henry was so incredibly helpful! He set up tables to accommodate the team. He knew the right time to put the order in for the boys to have warm food. He made sure the boys had what they needed. He was so organized and we are very thankful that he made this evening a success for us. We even had him take a picture with our boys! Our kiddos were very full and thankful, as well!! We will definitely be returning with other team dinners!!
We frequent this location at least once a week. The food is always great and the service spot on. There is a guy there named Levi who has outstanding customer service. He took our order promptly, got our food out to us quick and made sure our drinks stayed full. He really went above and beyond and that’s something you don’t see often at a fast food restaurant. Shout out to the manager Blake as well—he’s running a tight ship and obviously has an eye for quality employees.
Incredible service. Blake (a manager) went so far above and beyond the normal level of service. I never leave reviews, but his effort was incredible. I loved their food before, now im also blown away by their level of effort. Thank you guys!
My sons asked for Canes for Super Bowl dinner, I decided to try Layne’s in Allen. I have been to the original one in College Station. This one is great, Blake is very friendly and interesting. The food is ready very fast and tasty! Ovoid gives me small-business family feeling.
