Do not go here late at night or else you will get the worst customer service possible. The employee rushed my order without even repeating it back while sounding like a robot.nI simply ordered 2 tacos and a combo meal and I was ended up paying $15 because they must understood the order. Not once did the Manager or the young man working drive thru apologized to me, didn’t even ask for complimentary item to make it better. Because of that, I denied the free meal and now they’re left with this review. Sad how humanity has become. I give it 1/2 star.
The lady in the drive thru was friendly and fast and courteous and that was a nice change from previous visits here.
This JITB seems to have problems listening to what the customer actually orders. Today my husband stopped at the JITB in the Twin Creeks, Allen, location. He tried to order me a salted caramel shake and was told they didn't have that...they had Dr Pepper. Since he knows I like Dr Pepper he said that was fine, thinking they meant the Dr Pepper shake....well, they didn't they meant regular plain Dr Pepper. This was probably my last purchase from JITB, the incompetence is so frustrating.
This is the friendliest store around.I love their tiny tacos with the creamy avocado lime sauce
Just had a great experience. I was done with today just wanted to get home after work and decided to swing by and buy some drinks. The lady at the drive thru had great energy and made my night. Couldn’t have expected a better experience. She deserves a raise!!
