Worse service 15 minutes for a spicy chicken will no longer eat there.

The McDermott store has gone way downhill since the manager left to go to the Stacy Rd store. The freshness and quality just isn't there anymore. And the staff isn't as good either. I'm so disappointed. It's a lot further from my house to Stacy Rd store, but I guess I have no choice but to switch. I hope things will improve with this location in the future.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had at a Wendy's! I have been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years and in high level positions for much of those years. I do not give bad ratings lightly check the rest of my reviews. I had such a simple order. 1 10 count spicy Nugget and 1 double stack just meat and cheese. When I got back to my hotel I was disturbed to find the world's smallest peice of dried out cheese between 2 patties that were so dry not even my dog would have been able to choke it down. It was like they had been sitting in a warmer for hours! When I started in on the nuggets everything was good. I finished 3 or 4 spicy nuggets and then came across a regular one. No big deal, then another, and another. I guess they had ran out and just thought oh well, just filled the bottom with regular ones and put a few spicy on top (4 spicy and 6 regular is what I had ). I would not have said one thing if I was just told. Hey no problem just make em half and half no biggie! The food was just awful I regret my decision to even think about stopping here for a quick dinner. I will say that though my time from order to delivery in the drive through window was nothing short of miraculous, maybe a minute and a half, but it's no wonder when everything was sitting there for hours waiting to be bagged up for the next chump to come through!

The food was great, but the customer service provided by John was excellent!!! It’s very refreshing to see a fast food employee treat customers so good. It seems kinda rare lately, so when we were greeted with a kind smile & super friendly attitude, not to mention John was incredibly helpful.
