If I could rate it lower, I would. Horrible customer service
Horrible experience. It be nice if the staff slowed down while making your order. When I’m ordering, I can barely get one word out before they’re rushing you onto the next item.
After the craziness of this winter storm, this Chipotle was the only one open in the area. As such, they were swamped with both in person and to go orders. The team handled everything with grace, working like a machine through all the orders. Things may have moved slow but they never stopped. Props to everyone working there at lunch time on the 19th. You worked hard and I appreciate your tenacity in such a crazy time.
I was ordering a chicken bowl as how I normally do. I asked for extra chicken in my bowl and they decided to charge me $2.50 for extra chicken -_- rightfully so, I took it upon myself to jump behind the counter, verbally assault the manager and throw all of their ingredients on the floor. I will never dine here ever again.
