me and my special needs daughter went to our local Panda Express passing through town and decided to go inside although we’re in the middle of a pandemic, the manager was super rude and giving my SPECIAL NEEDS DAUGHTER mean ugly looks. as my food was being prepared I decided to take her to the restroom and a worker yelled at her saying she wasn’t allowed to use said restroom even though there was no sign indicating the restrooms are “off limits” nor “employees only”. We kindly left the restroom and went to pay for our food and as I kindly asked for soy sauce it was denied even though there wasn’t a shortage of condiments they refused to serve me the sides for my order.

This place is terrible, I tried them twice before I wrote this review, they don't follow instructions on the food order. The rice uncooked, unsure how you do that. So no to 3 times a charm, I do not recommend this location, go to the coit/ spring creek its worth the drive for correctly prepared food.

Food tasted good but manager, Josh, was rude and had no regard for customer service.nHadn’t been to Panda in a long time and wasn’t sure of best way to order. Instead of explaining options to me for sizes, he acted annoyed and said “just point, I can’t hear you through the masks.” How am I supposed to point if I can’t get a question answered on the entree sizes?nI thought the food I ended up with tasted good, but the price seemed really high for fast food , particularly with such a rude manager.nAlso, not sure why they refuse to open dine-in when most other restaurants already have.

Visited many times. It is the better of the two locations in Allen. I love it!! Hot fresh and friendly!!

The orange chicken is very good and a top seller. I enjoy the fried rice and orange chicken. They have a vegetable plate that will fulfil anyone's vegetable desires. If the don't have what you want, just ask and they'll fix it for you. Good food and a better experience this time. Thankyouu!! i recommend this place
