This Denny’s has been COMPLETELY REMADE. It has become THE BEST DENNY’S I have ever experienced. I truly don’t think I can ever eat in any other Denny’s! The ingredients were so fresh and everything my family ordered was delicious! Service was beyond wonderful! Food was delivered very quickly! PERFECT

This was the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. We were driving all the way from Galveston to Oklahoma. We wanted a good meal before we spent 4 more hours on the road. We came in at 9:06 it was really slow. Only one other table was there. We asked for lemons in our drinks did not get them until we were already done with our waters. We asked for refills more than 5 times. Did not get one refill for over an hour. We ended up not getting any refills. We got HALF of our food 50 minutes later. The bacon was cold. The sausage looked old and burnt. Still no refills* we had to ask our waitress multiple times for our missing food and she kept forgetting. Had to ask at least more than 3 times. We still never got our missing food. There is no reason for half of our food to still be missing for over an hour with only two tables in the entire restaurant. I had hungry kids with us and half meals did not satisfy. NOT ONE MANAGER WAS THERE! Our waitress was trying to hard as to why the food was wrong or why it took so long and did not just give us our food. Customer service line was not available. Worst experience. I wouldn’t even rate one star for that.

On Sunday I visited this location in the afternoon. Upon arrival I noticed that the restaurant was dirty and not well kept. I decided to stay regardless and placed my order. After receiving my order I told, who to my knowledge was the sever that my meal wasn’t prepared properly. Which their reply was simply “I’ll see what i can do about it” and than proceeded to walk off. I waited for a bit and than was approached by a gentleman by the name of Terrance Byrd. Mr. Byrd was extremely nice, very hospitable and immediately went to the kitchen and worked on my food. He re-cooked my my and prepared it the right way. I than observed Mr. Byrd working very hard throughout the restaurant, he was cleaning and tiding up. Before my departure from the restaurant the place looked a lot better than when I had walked in. Only reason that I’ll be coming back to this location is because I was treated more than fairly by Mr. Byrd. He went above and beyond to make my experience there as comfortable as possible. I’m sure that if there was more that Mr. Byrd would have been able to do for me he would have. I want to thank Mr. Byrd for his great service and for being an amazing individual.

Brittany has the most fantastic customer service I've had in a great while. Running the whole place and never made me feel rushed at all. Really changed the direction of my day. Thanks Denny's for hiring good people

I was in the restaurant last Saturday. Loralei was my server. She was very polite and caring. Brought my drink out right away, took my order and received my order within 20 minutes. Waitress was very attentive. Would highly recommend.
