I've gone to a few physical therapists over the years due to my orthopedic conditions. I chose this place because it was close to home. Having lower back problems, I specifically asked for a therapist with experience in spine. They said the owner had that, so I scheduled with him.nnMy very initial evaluation, the therapist had me working with a student!! He had her assess me while he was closeby working on his laptop. She started giving me exercises and so I said that I specifically had wanted the owner. They told me he would see me at the end and that what the student was giving was correct. At the end, he still hadn't worked with me so I asked again. He listened to my concerns and gave a few exercises.nnI went back a couple of times. Each time he worked with several other patients at the same time and had me work with someone else. My back didn't really improve. Never felt heard or really fully assessed.nnFound a new therapist elsewhere who does manual therapy. She did a full dedicated evaluation and only brought a student around after asking me first. She has made a huge difference and I feel much better equipped to take care of my back moving forward.nnI rarely give negative reviews, but I felt so strongly about this that I didn't want others to have problematic experiences. Might be fine for straightforward injuries, but I wouldn't recommend if you have any complexity to your problem.
