Ugh. Sooo lazy and incompetent. I went 2, almost 3 weeks without my medication because they were running it under the wrong insurance. I would’ve figured it out sooner if it was my job to do so, but it isn’t. When I finally went in and tried to use a coupon he didn’t wanna do it because “insurance covers it” but the tech just didn’t wanna do it. And what do you know it took money off. I understand it being busy but they’re just plain lazy :(

I have had great experiences at this pharmacy. Great customer service, always quick and friendly. On multiple occasions the pharmacists have called me ahead of time to tell me about discounts for my prescriptions, and they’ve checked in with me about getting refills, which pharmacists haven’t done when I’ve used other locations.

The pharmacist and pharmacy assistants all call me by name when they see me. They always work diligently to get my rx’s ready or get in touch with my doctors if there is a problem.

I have dealt with various CVS's over the years. This by far has been the most pleasant experience I've had. The guy I spoke to was friendly, helpful, and timely. Could've have asked for a better experience!
