I have used Kroger’s pharmacy for many years now and have been pleased BUT something has drastically change and not for the better!nThey are understaffed and one of the pharmacist was very rude and disrespectful. Tonight will be the second time we have attempted to go through the drive through and it was closed so my husband went inside and the line was 10 people deep. Again, understaffed. I did call and have a discussion with the assist manager as the manager was not in. Kroger, you need to do something.nI will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

I LOVE OUR KROGER!nAlways fresh food, good deals, and friendly staff! Takes less time to fill my prescriptions and find what I need because everyone knows where everything is!

Will not go back to this pharmacy. Last 2 mornings I went to pick up my rx, AFTER 9am, their lights were off & the gates were down. There was a long line of people waiting for someone to show up. I have things to do and people to care for too. We all know how much pharmaceuticals companies make so you'd think they'd at least hire a staff that can show up on time so their customers (profit source) can get their medications & good customer service. It's not that hard. They apparently need new management.
