The Pandemic has been difficult for everyone but no more so than on the healthcare professionals. The great people that work at this facility must be commended for their efforts and dedication to caring for the residents here and at the same time caring for their own loved ones. You can’t see the smiling faces behind the mask, but they are there, all the while serving the residents in their hours of need. May they be blessed.

This is a very nice place! Sincere care with smiles. I enjoy working with Curtis, John and the team at Victoria Gardens. Livens & Reed has a great partnership with them, assisting their families with Medicaid planning and other elder law needs.

When my father in law needed to be in a rehab then the facility that we chose was Victoria Gardens of Allen. My wife Anita has worked as the Activity Director there for years and we knew that she would be able to be there with her Dad and help to guide his care. We are very pleased with the compassion and care that her Dad has had at the facility. The rehab is wonderful and helping her father regain his strength and being able to walk again. Her father is a Minister and he is even ministering to the staff there.Thank you to all of the staff that work each and every day helping to take care of the residents of Victoria Gardens of Allen. We are very pleased with the care.

Victoria Gardens is a 5 star facility which provides excellent care to residents. The team consisting of Administration, Nursing, CNAs, and other supportive staff are the best I have ever worked with.

Agree with other reviews. This used to be a good place but isn’t anymore.Our loved one has been here 2yrs. We visit often. New management (administrator, director of nurses, director of admissions) has caused serious decline. Many good staff have left or are planning to leave. Revolving door of new staff coming but then quitting. Staff that are left are struggling to keep up so direct patient care is suffering. Management team has very harsh, authoritarian approach (even to family members) so morale is down. Cleanliness levels are down; call buttons not answered timely. Truly believe all is related to management. Have talked to other patient’s families who agree. We’ve all seen staff trying their best but it’s just not possible with the situation as it is. Just such a shame. What used to be a happy place with long term staff and caring management team is no longer. We are looking for alternate placement and will be filing complaint with the State. Do not recommend this facility at all.
