I am extremely grateful that I was recommended to Aaron for help with my back. I’ve had lower back pain for over three years and I’ve tried everything; three different chiropractors, the Airrosti clinic (back pain specialists), massage, acupuncture, inversion tables, etc. I saw the back orthopedic specialist at the Carrol clinic, got an MRI and even did months of physical therapy. While my symptoms would improve some, the pain was still there and was significantly impacting my quality of life. I’m a healthy 37 year old and it hurt to put on socks and to lift my daughter out of the crib. After three years of trying everything I was ready to give up, and each group I met with said we’ve done everything we can. Then someone recommended Aaron. He had a whole new approach in evaluating the imbalances that could be causing the tightness and pain in my back. He tested different areas for tightness, discomfort and weakness, tried trigger point releases in areas previously ignored, and gave me some new exercises to help me maintain. The result was a strong and steady improvement with my symptoms and I’m now pain free. I can’t begin to describe how thankful I am for Aaron and his passion for solving problems. I highly recommend him for anyone with a musculoskeletal issue that’s struggling to see results. Thank you again, Aaron.
