Thi is a great Tom Thumb I've been going here for years. Allen the manager and all the employees are very nice. Pharmacy is fast with your meds.
This pharmacy is horrible. No time management and lack of customer service. I’ve learned to call and see how long before it’s ready. Today I was told an hour. I waited two hours and then came to pick up. Still not ready and saying another 30min. I’m sitting in drive-thru not budging til it’s done. Mind you I’m in severe pain with 20 stitches to my face from a dog attack. I’ll be switching after today.
Recently, in the last year, I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy. Whether it be taking 2 days to fill time sensitive prescriptions or waiting til the end of a 5 minute transaction to let me know they're cash only currently, while in the drive thru. My entire family is switching to a different pharmacy because we've all had too many issues.
The same friendly faces, always in motion, making calls to doctors, patients, & insurance companies to get the right prescription at the best available price to the local community. Nine years working with them and they are unfailingly conscientious and reliable.
