So far it's taken 2 days to get my prescription filled and will be 3 Days by the time I actually get it. I've driven up twice now after being told it would be ready in an hour and it's still not ready. What's the holdup? You can only use covid as an excuse for so long, figure out a method to keep people from waiting days for prescriptions or hire more help.

I have tried picking up my husband’s prescriptions, without which he cannot function, 3 times in the span of a week. One is Still not ready. I will go a fourth time later today. And after that I won’t be back. It isn’t a 1star review because the staff wasn’t rude. But in general it seems to be a really poorly coordinated pharmacy with long waits even if you’re the only person at the counter, and no clear communication on when a med will ACTUALLY be restocked.

I've been using this pharmacy for years. While some things are out of their control, eg: how busy they are, problems getting insurance approval, etc, I know they work hard to get it fixed, and are always very polite about it. They are fast at getting uncommon medications in stock too, usually less than 48 hours. The pharmacists on duty will always explain possible medication interactions with me and are great at giving vaccines (no sore arm the next day). If I've had a worrying side effect, I can always call them and they take their time to ease my mind and have helpful tips to treat myself at home. The techs and other staff are great too, they remember me and my mom and address us by our names. This level of service is rare these days, they treat you like a person.
