Updated review 2/22/2021. My husband and I have now been taking our dogs here for the past two years and I can not say enough good things abou this vet. We love the doctor and the staff, they have treated our dogs with so much love and care. They always call the next day to check up on them after they have had a procedure or surgery. I think it's hard to find a place that genuinely cares about your animals. I would recommend Bethany Pet Hospital to anyone. Thank you all for the amazing work you do!

Your staff was absolutely terrific. Having never seen me or my dog before, they got me in within hours when they heard he was sick. They were professional, efficient, and kind. I will definitely return! Thank you

They don’t even deserve one star.nAbsolutely horrible.nnI was extremely concerned for my dog and they brushed it 100% off. I told them to go forward with the procedures that me and my spouse approved. But i did not have confidence in that was the correct diagnosis but they knew more than I do so i trusted them and to please move forward.nnThey tell me to go pick her up and i get there and they didn’t do one single thing to her. I ask them to please get the items done that i had asked to be completed. They did.nnThey told me my dog was never limping and acting completely fine and even telling them over and over - NO my dog is NOT acting fine or i would not have brought her here! Again, completely bypassing my dogs health and my concerns.nnAnd then I get a call about a follow up appointment and as soon as I say no I’m not bringing her back up to you, the lady on the phone had the nerve to say “good because the vet recommended you didn’t bring her back here”nnAbsolutely horrible people.

The Vet Tech was amazing! She went over everything for Abby’s bath and worked with her behavioral issues, to make sure she was properly bathed. She didn’t have to sedate her, which I was expecting to do! She was amazing and I greatly appreciate her patience with my wild fur baby! This was our first visit to Bethany Pet Hospital and I’ll definitely be returning in the future.
