This store charged me for a prescription that I did not ask to fill. I paid for my prescriptions and I drove off like a normal person. 5 minutes later when I open the bag I realized they gave me three prescriptions instead of two, one of which I did not request and I now have been charged $60 for a prescription that is non-returnable. I wonder how many other people they have gotten with this??

Absolutely terrible customer service! I filled one prescription there and it will be the last! I called three times just to get them to answer the phone. The first two times I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes each. I finally got them to fill my prescription and called to ask when it would be ready. I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes which would mean it was available at 12:45. At 1:45 I arrived to pickup and was informed it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. They then acted wildly confused by the idea of only filling one month supply and asked me if that’s all I needed. And I said “yes, that’s exactly what the doctor prescribed... one month”. I had a coupon and they said they could honor it but it would take roughly 15 minutes..... what on earth. Get a clue folks. It’s not that complicated.

This pharmacy is awesome with a great customer service. The gentleman his name is James really helped me to get my prescription on time today.

This pharmacy is just horrible. They say they don't have your prescriptions but then turns out they did. They take FOREVER to fill prescriptions. It's just really gotten so bad.
